Free Yoga Classes for Community Started at SNM Tracy CA

As a continued effort of providing GREAT services to community by Nirankari Mission, a new free yoga program is started at Tracy Bhawan.

This is a FREE Yoga session for all ages with an objective to provide  wellness, healthy lifestyle and at the same time spreading awareness of our mission's services in the local areas. A certified teacher is hired for this great cause who will be able to moderate the yoga poses based on the group's needs.

Following are the details of the program

When         :     Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month

Venue        :     Tracy Bhawan (22713 7th St. Tracy CA, 95304)
